This page contains details on the new verification process for the RISCO Cloud app.
Email address verification and completion of account details
In RISCO Cloud version 5, each user must have a username that is a verified valid email address.
Accordingly, all end-users in the RISCO Cloud must change their username to a valid email address; one that they can verify.
Note that users that already have an email address in RISCO Cloud can specify it to be the one that will become their username and use it in the verification process - If you require confirmation of your existing RISCO Cloud email address please contact our office on 01786 813916.
Important note:
It is highly recommended that all end-users verify their account as soon as possible. Once that account is verified, the user can start enjoying the great benefits of the new RISCO Cloud app, as related to performance, privacy, security, improved service and features.
Also, please note that unverified accounts will cease to be valid in the near future.

An end-user can add (create) more sites under his/her account and become the Grand Master of these new sites. Just Click the “+” icon and fill in the details, including a Product ID of an existing product that is already connected to the cloud and that is not yet part of any other existing site. Note that the Product ID can be either a CPID of a security system, or a MAC address of a camera, or a MAC address of a Smart Home Gateway.
