RISCO CLOUD UPGRADE
RISCO announce the upgrade of RISCO Cloud interface to version 5.02 in February, 2019.
This upgrade will enhance and improve the platform's benefits and user-experience.
What is the purpose of this upgrade?
RISCO Cloud V5.02 will provide several improvements:
Why is this upgrade necessary?
Moving forward, we continue to expand the Cloud's services and tools, and enhance user-experience.
We invite all users to enjoy the cloud various features and benefits, as we keep improving the Cloud's infrastructure, to assure service quality, stability and continuity.
What do I need to do?
No action is required on your part. However, please consider that this upgrade will require a downtime period of up to two hours, which will affect all cloud services.
Your alarm system will remain operational during this period, and you will be able to control it locally via the keypad or remote keyfob.
Also, if you still have not concluded your email verification process, please attend to it at your earliest convenience.

- RISCO's indoor and outdoor camera detectors will now produce a short video clip, automatically generated from a sequence of images. The video clip will be provided in addition to the still images and will be available to watch through the app menu.
- Continuous improvement and upgrading ensures the cloud servers' stability and prepares for more users, new services and features.
